80 Person Tent Rental Package.

Our 80 Person Tent Package includes the following items:

  • 20x40 white, high-peak, frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces, on cement, etc)

  • (8) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)

  • (3) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc

  • (80) white folding chairs

$1399 including delivery, setup, removal.** Setup on Thursday or Friday, take down on Monday or Tuesday.

Add white glass string lights and (11) white table linens for $1499 total.

** Price is subject to change based on equipment needs etc. This is just a ballpark!

  • You pay for a 1-day rental, but the package is yours for the weekend. You can plan a brunch the day after your party, or host evening cocktails the night before. We setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday typically.

  • No hidden costs! All tent packages include delivery, setup, removal, taxes, etc.

  • Friendly, professional setup and removal. We are a small team of 2-3 men (Pat, the owner, and 1 or 2 helpers). We will take care of your property, and make sure you are happy with your rental.
